Loopbucks helps you plan CVS shopping, track ExtraCare Bucks (ECB), coupons, carts, deals, and rolling strategies. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Loopbucks mobile application (the App). Loopbucks is independent and not affiliated with CVS Health or CVS Pharmacy. We process information you enter or generate in the App, including ECB balances, budgets, goals, cart contents, coupon wallet entries, trip history, scan metadata, and preferences. Much of this remains on your device using on-device storage. If you use optional cloud features, related data may be processed by our database provider (Supabase) to enable sync or backup features you choose.
Camera permission (Android: android.permission.CAMERA; similar camera access on iOS): Loopbucks uses the camera only when you start a barcode scan or capture a weekly store circular to load deals into the App. The camera is not used in the background, not used for unrelated features, and not used for advertising profiling. Images from scans are processed to support those shopping features you initiate; we do not sell camera footage.
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google and our subscription partner (RevenueCat). We receive identifiers and entitlement status needed to deliver premium features. Error reporting may be processed by Sentry to improve stability. AI-assisted features may send limited shopping-related prompts or structured inputs to Anthropic to produce summaries or strategies. Do not paste passwords, payment card numbers, full account credentials, or sensitive health information into free-text fields.
If you enable notifications, messages are delivered through Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging as applicable. We may use subprocessors for hosting, analytics, payments, notifications, or AI solely to run the App. We do not sell your personal information.
We apply reasonable safeguards suited to the App. Local data remains until you erase it or uninstall. Cloud data retention follows operational needs and provider controls. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Data may be processed in the United States.
