These Terms of Service apply to the Loopbucks mobile application (the App). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must have legal capacity to agree where you live. You are responsible for the accuracy of values and notes you enter, including ECB balances, coupons, prices, and similar shopping details.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App consistent with Apple App Store and Google Play rules. Premium functionality requires an active subscription purchased through those platforms unless stated otherwise in the App.
Paid plans renew until you cancel in your store account settings. Trials, prices, and renewal timing are presented at purchase and may change with reasonable notice. Use Restore Purchases in the App when supported.
Loopbucks is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CVS Health or CVS Pharmacy. Names such as ExtraCare and ECB belong to their owners. In-store offers, prices, tax, and availability can differ; confirm shelf pricing and your receipt. The App is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
THE APP IS PROVIDED AS IS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, IT IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS. You agree to cooperate reasonably if misuse of the App harms us or others. We may suspend access for serious violations. We may update these Terms; material changes will be indicated by a new effective date in the App. Contact calvin@csenda.com.
